BOARDING INFORMATION

PetStar Animal Care offers a unique boarding experience for your pet. We provide exceptional customer service and high-quality boarding at a state-of-the-art facility. This gives your pet a home away from home!

Fresh linens are provided throughout your pet’s stay. Your pet receives at least twice-daily room service and outdoor play time. We are happy to feed a special diet if provided; otherwise, we serve all guests high-quality Hill's Veterinary products.

PetStar operates a temperature- and humidity-controlled boarding facility. An exhaust fan helps to maintain a fresh air exchange for the comfort of both canine and feline guests. PetStar uses a cleaning protocol that promotes a clean and disinfected environment. Our hard working staff help keep away unwanted visitors, such as bacteria, viruses, intestinal parasites, fleas and ticks.

Canine Boarding

PetStar offers 20 dog suites, including 3 Presidential and 17 Deluxe suites. Your pet will enjoy a raised karunda bed in each suite.

Deluxe Suites- $40 per nightDeluxe boarding features a 4.5x5 room with a cushioned bed. Food and water are available at all times.

Presidential Suite- $50 per night
Presidential suite features a 4.5x7.5 room with a cushioned bed. Food and water available at all times.

Additional Pet- $15 per night
Multiple pets can board together for the addition fee per night

Feline Condos

PetStar has 4 condos that give our feline friends separate, soundproofed rooms. It features natural lighting and a television for their viewing pleasure.

Cat condos can be shared and opened to provide more room for curious cats.

Cat Condos- $21 per night

Cat condos feature three compartments and a lounging ledge. The smaller compartments house the litter box and a safe place to “hide”.

The condos can be linked together for multiple cats in the same household

Special Amenities

Complimentary breakfast and dinner is available. (Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Skin and Stomach)
Owners are welcomed to bring your pet’s own food if you wish. We do encourage you to bring your pet’s food if they are on a prescription diet.
Please feel free to bring toys, blankets, medications with instructions, and anything you think will make your pet’s stay more comfortable.
Baths can be added to reservations for an additional fee depending on pets’ size.
Pick up time for pets getting a bath will be between 3pm-5pm. This gives adequate time for your pet to have a full spa treatment.

*Pick-up 8am-12pm; drop off 7:30am-3pm*

**Pick-up after 12p on a weekday will incur a ½ day charge**

Requirements

*All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations:

Dogs

Rabies & DAPP within 3 years
Leptospirosis within 1 year
Influenza within 1 year
Bordetella within 1 year
Intestinal Parasite Screening within 6 months

Cats

Rabies & HCP within 3 years
Leukemia within 2 years
Intestinal Parasite Screening within 6 months
Negative FeLV/FIV Test within 1 year

*If pets are lacking any of these requirements, arrangements can be made to have them updated prior to their stay at Petstar.*

We apologize if these requirements are an inconvenience to you; however, these protocols have been put in place to ensure the health and well-being of all our boarding guests.

Safety and Security

PetStar Animal Care is monitored by a 24-hour security system. We also have healthy pet policies in place to safeguard all of our guests. Should a medical problem arise during your pet’s stay with us, we will immediately contact you (or your emergency contact) and the veterinarian on staff to begin proper treatment.
