Our first visit was great! Everyone was so friendly. Dr Dufrene was so nice and explained everything well. I brought Khloe in for a mass I had found. I was so relieved to hear Dr Janie say it was just a lipoma. I’m thrilled that I didn’t have to wait a week to get in when I was so scared and nervous. I’m very happy with the care we received. I will be making an appointment for our other dog Olivia very soon and switching them both to Pet star. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a vet.

Fantastic staff and phenomenal vet! The support you receive and the constant communication when your furbaby is in their care is absolutely amazing! I had to bring my pup to them for an emergency scenario because his usual vet wasn't available. Of course, I was hesitant because I didnt know this facility or the people and I wasn't going for just a vaccination. I was so in love with the cleanliness of the facilty and the welcoming staff. His emergency continued over a few days and the doctor stayed in constant contact with me while my baby was at home with me and when he was in her care the next day!

If you are looking for a good vet, this is the one. The staff is amazing and Dr. Janie truly cares about her fur patients. My babies and even my friends babies come here and Dr. Janie has been the only vet to be able to diagnose the actual issue with one of them after seeing multitudes of others. My friends and I highly rec. they are awesome and will check up on your fur babies even a few days after you see them. We love PetStar!
