I had to bring my pup to them for an emergency scenario because his usual vet wasn't available. Of course, I was hesitant because I didnt know this facility or the people and I wasn't going for just a vaccination. I was so in love with the cleanliness of the facilty and the welcoming staff. His emergency continued over a few days and the doctor stayed in constant contact with me while my baby was at home with me and when he was in her care the next day!
